  • We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallet Payments.

  • Bank charges, transaction fees, or payment processing delays are beyond our responsibility.

2.3 Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order before shipment for a refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

  • Refunds for canceled orders are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India, including metro cities, urban, semi-urban, and remote areas.

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

    • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Remote/Tier 3 Areas: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by weather conditions, courier operational issues, strikes, or high-volume festive periods.

  • Any missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery must be reported to customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if all eligibility conditions are met.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Certain items (including digital goods, customized products, clearance items, and personal hygiene products) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Use of Website

By using Cleankart.store, you agree that you will not:
